These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Save My Strain cannabis strain restock alert service ("Service") operated by Save My Strain LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service at savemystrain.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO USE THIS SERVICE.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and consume cannabis products in your jurisdiction; (c) you are accessing this Service from a jurisdiction where adult-use cannabis is legal; and (d) all information you provide to us is truthful, accurate, and complete.
Misrepresentation of Age: Any person who provides false information regarding their age or eligibility — including falsely affirming they are 21 or older — is in material breach of these Terms and assumes sole and complete legal responsibility for any resulting harm, damages, or legal consequences. Save My Strain LLC expressly disclaims all liability arising from or related to any user's misrepresentation of their age, eligibility, or identity. We rely in good faith on user-provided affirmations and have no obligation or practical means to independently verify age beyond the checkbox confirmation provided at signup. Fraudulent misrepresentation of age is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.
Save My Strain is a technology notification service that monitors publicly available cannabis dispensary menu pages and sends automated SMS text message alerts to registered users when a cannabis strain they have requested to monitor appears on a monitored menu. The Service is currently available exclusively to users in the State of Michigan.
Save My Strain LLC is not a cannabis retailer, dispensary, cultivator, processor, or distributor. We do not sell, recommend, endorse, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis products. We provide informational availability alerts only. All cannabis purchases are made directly between the user and the dispensary of their choice.
To use the Service, you must provide your name, a valid United States mobile phone number, at least one dispensary menu URL, and at least one cannabis strain name. By submitting this information, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text message alerts from Save My Strain LLC at the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies depending on dispensary menu activity and the strains you monitor. You will only receive messages when a strain match is detected on a monitored menu.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@savemystrain.com.
You represent that the mobile phone number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to consent to receive SMS messages at that number. You agree to notify us promptly if your phone number changes.
Free Plan: Monitor 1 dispensary and 1 strain at no cost.
Paid Plan — $4.20/year: Monitor up to 3 dispensaries and up to 20 strains. Payment is processed annually via Stripe, Inc. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Your subscription will not auto-renew without your explicit consent.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before their next renewal period.

Menu data is sourced from publicly available dispensary websites operated by independent third parties. We have no control over the accuracy of those websites and are not responsible for errors, delays, or inaccuracies in third-party menu data.
Cannabis is a controlled substance under United States federal law. State and local laws governing cannabis use, possession, and purchase vary and are subject to change. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of cannabis products complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Save My Strain LLC makes no representation that the use of our Service or the purchase of any cannabis product is legal in your specific location.
By using our Service you acknowledge that you are accessing information about cannabis products in a jurisdiction where such information is lawful to access, and that you bear sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Save My Strain Service, including but not limited to the name "Save My Strain," the website design, and all written content, are the exclusive property of Save My Strain LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of our Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAVE MY STRAIN LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Save My Strain LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your misrepresentation of age or eligibility; (d) your violation of any applicable law; or (e) your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected misrepresentation of age, suspected fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or contacting us at hello@savemystrain.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy at savemystrain.com/privacy-policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Save My Strain LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
