Misrepresentation of Age — Limitation of Liability: If any individual provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information regarding their age or eligibility to use this Service — including but not limited to falsely affirming that they are 21 years of age or older when they are not — Save My Strain LLC expressly disclaims all liability arising from or related to such misrepresentation. Save My Strain LLC shall bear no responsibility, legal obligation, or liability of any kind for harm, damages, or consequences resulting from a user's fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation of their age or eligibility status. The obligation to truthfully confirm age eligibility rests solely and entirely with the user. We rely in good faith on user-provided affirmations and cannot independently verify age beyond the checkbox confirmation provided at signup. The only SMS messages we send are strain availability notifications triggered by actual menu data matches.
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our signup form, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text message alerts from Save My Strain LLC at the mobile number you provide. This consent constitutes your opt-in under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier regulations.
Message frequency varies based on dispensary menu activity and the number of strains you are monitoring. You will only receive messages when a strain match is detected.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out at any time: Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will immediately cease sending SMS messages to your number and deactivate your watchlist. You may also contact us at hello@savemystrain.com to request removal.

Save My Strain LLC is a technology notification service. We do not sell, distribute, cultivate, process, or transport cannabis or cannabis-derived products. We are not a licensed cannabis business under Michigan law or the laws of any other state. Our Service provides informational alerts about publicly available dispensary menu data only.
Cannabis remains a controlled substance under federal law. We operate exclusively in support of legal adult-use cannabis activity in jurisdictions where such activity is lawful. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their cannabis-related activities comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. We make no representations regarding the legal status of cannabis in any specific jurisdiction.
Our Service is currently available exclusively to users located in the State of Michigan, where adult-use cannabis is legal for individuals 21 years of age and older under the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act (MRTMA). We do not knowingly provide services to individuals in jurisdictions where cannabis is not legal for adult use.

Our data is stored in Airtable's cloud infrastructure, which employs industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Save My Strain LLC does not currently accept users who are residents of the State of California. If you are a California resident, please do not use this Service. This restriction is in place due to the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related regulations. We will expand availability to California residents in the future with full CCPA compliance in place.
Our Service is strictly intended for adults 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from someone under 21, we will delete that information immediately.
